 KNOW-HOW
MACHINE BED
Natural granite, designed for optimal thermal and dynamic stability with integrated, efficient coolant drainage system.
DRESSING UNIT
Machine can be equipped with optional dressing spindle. AC synchronous drive with variable speed up to 2.000 rpm at 1,5 kW. Speed control unit is integrated.
B-AXIS
  • With 3-axis interpolation, no manual setting of pivot point necessary.
  • The manually operated W-axis is used to move work head in optimal position according to length of work piece. The preset value is shown on the screen.
  • The main feature is a direct drive, based on a torque motor with large preloaded axial and radial bearings with an integrated absolute measuring system with 0,0001 ยบ resolution. The fully sealed system is built for a long term, maintenance-free operation.
  • Motorspindles, B-axis and linear drives are connected to a closed cycle cooling system.
WORK HEAD
Motorspindle: A compact, highly reliable and powerful unit with a built-in synchronous motor with 15 kW at 6.000 rpm (variable speed). This work head is designed for highly precise contours, surface finish and reliable long term operation.
X- AND Z-AXIS
  • x-axis: 400 mm travel distance.
  • z-axis: 400 mm travel distance.
  • Both axis are operated with linear motors. The slide units have a large support base and preloaded, exchangeable, precision roller guideways. Built-in absolute measuring system.
INTERNAL GRINDING SPINDLES
Different HF-spindles. These spindles are driven via a built-in high frequency motor with variable speed. External HF-converter, oil-air lubrication system and cooling system required.

Compact, powerful unit with a built-in direct synchronous motor with 5,5 kW at 30.000 rpm and infinitely variable speed (no external frequency-converter necessary!). Fixture HSK or cone 1: 7,5.
The standardisation of this equipments allow us offering the market and specific flexible solution base on standard groups.
